Recent activities have included helping a well respected plastic surgery clinic and MedSpa improve operations and profitability through implementation of a financial benchmarketing process that measured revenue sources, expenses, provider productivity and profitability against industry baselines. This was highly successful, and is an example of a profit improvement process that can be implemented in any type of medical practice or healthcare related business.

Previous accomplishments included creating a seven-partner gastroenterology practice from ground zero from an idea to a fully functioning medical practice with 60+ employees including physicians and physician extenders, and developing a $35,000,000.00 medical plaza which included an ambulatory surgeruuy center with two operating rooms, seven procedure rooms and associated pre-op and post-op areas as well as all ASC support functions.
